Cornwall Karate will comply with the Province of PEI guidance requiring that all participants and spectators at sporting events and classes be fully vaccinated starting Wed. Oct. 06.
Our COVID-19 Operational Plan has been updated accordingly. In order to comply, we will create an attendance register of all participants and spectators where we will document verification of age and vaccination status.
For the next class you attend, participants and spectators are asked to please bring vaccination papers and ID so that we can enter you in the register. We deeply appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation.
