Class is canceled because of school cancelation due to inclement weather on Friday, January 05. The new first day of classes will be Wednesday, Jan. 10.

Interclub Kata Tournament Dec. 1

We will be hosting an interclub kata tournament between ourselves and our sister dojo in Stratford on Friday Dec. 01 during regular class time. There is a $5 fee to enter, all proceeds to go towards the 2019 Tsuruoka National team. All ages and ranks welcome.
Class Canceled Fri. Nov. 17

Class is canceled Friday, Nov. 17 due to parent-teacher interviews at the school. Class will resume as normal on Wednesday, Nov. 22.

Sensei Leger Clinic Mar 25

Sensei Oscar Leger (8th degree black belt) from Moncton NB will be teaching a clinic at the Island Karate Club in Moncton on Saturday, Mar. 25. The schedule is as follows:
Tom Racey Clinic in Moncton, Feb 18-19

The PEI Tsuruoka Dojos are invited to a karate clinic in Moncton for February 18 and 19, 2017.
Tom Racey, 8th Dan, from Kingston, Ontario will be conducting the technical clinic. Hours will be Saturday from 10 to 12, from 1 to 2. Sunday from 9 to 11. This clinic is geared for Blue, Brown and Black Belts. The cost will be $20.00 per person.
The clinic will be held at the Dieppe Rotary St-Anselme Park building located at 505 Melanson Road, for the two days. See the map below.
Please contact Sensei DeGrace by Feb. 10 at the latest if you plan to go, so that we can pass our numbers on to the organizing committee.
